hi i have requirement like mention below,this level of security can be done at the templates.

1)User Matrix should be based on groups rather assigning individual sheets to individual users

2)Multi accessing the same Scenario at the same time should not be allowed. If the user clicks the scenario and the same scenario is being used by another user, it should prompt the that the scenario is in progress and cannot be opened
