Tm1 rest api - to read the info from tm1s.cfg

Hello Everyone,
Is there a possibility of reading the 'HTTPSessionTimeoutMinutes' parameter from tm1s.cfg using TM1 rest api?
I have tried http://localhost:8000/api/v1/Server and http://localhost:8000/api/v1/Configuration, that gives the Tm1 server info but doesnt give this parameter.
Is there a way to retrieve this value.
