Our production server was crashed due to hardware failure and we tried to get back the server but we couldn't. Instead our system team has given us an another server for to install the application.

We installed and configured the Cognos planning application successfully but when we try to run the updates we are facing the issue, our application is not working and we are getting an error (please find the attachment), we configured the application as per the old server configuration.

In old server: Cognos planning application runs on Windows 2000 5.00.2195 Service Pack 4 but the new given server is Windows 2003.

is that problem already solved?

In my opinion the connection to the Planning datastore is not good.
You have to set up the planning store in cognos connection and later in the contributor you have to set up and
configure the connection.

Let me hear if the problem is solved.
