Hi,

Can anybody tell the basic domain certification on Financial planning which would enhance skills to work on Cognos TM1. Is the Certification (CFP - Certified Financial Planner) the good one to add more skill on the financial budgeting, planning and forecasting.

Certified Financial Planner -> Advise people on their Finances such as Superannuation, Investments, Tax Strategy etc
Accounting Certification -> Understand Accounting which can include budgeting & forecasting

I think something like CIMA / CGMA is what you mean for Professional Certification for Budgeting & Forecasting, though really these are things that are learnt on the job, not in a classroom as such. I don't really remember any of that in my studies.
