Problem with TM1 web after update certificate (IBM Cognos TM1 SSL Expiration)

Hi everybody,

After updating the certificate (http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.w ... wg21991546), i cannot see the TM1 server on TM1 web.
Architect and Performance Modeler work.

Do you have a idea why don't work tm1 web?

From the link, looks like you are running 10.2-please confirm.
Did you follow steps 10 to 15 to the letter?
Any errors/warnings other items flagged?
Does the application server start? Have you checked the logs for any errors?

Hi

Not sure if this is relevant to your case, but we had a problem in 10.1 due to not Running As Administrator. It didn't mentioned that you had to do this in the documentation, and no error was produced, but it didn't register the certificates properly.

Have you tried
Stop the App server
Recycle the Catalina folders in Tomcat (pmhub/pmpsvc/tm1web)
Restart App server
