After update Cognos Express 9.5 to 10.2.1 do not work excel

Hello

1. We have updated Cognos Express 9.5 to 10.2.1
2. IF open in TM1WEB one Excel form with buttons (button run TI) and then open second Excel form with buttons (button run TI) - TM1WEB generate Error message
"Message from webpage Invalid Argument"

I also faced the same issue . IF I open TM1WEB one Excel form and then open second Excel form with action button, TM1WEB generate Error message

My Excel sheet doesnot have any formula. Also if i go with the below suggested point to change the compatibilty mode of IE8, that also doesnot help me and still giving the same error message.

So the Action button in the first websheet shall navigate / jump to the second websheet ?
If so, what happens when you click the OK button of the error message ?
Does the error message pop up again ?
And after you click the OK button of the second error message you navigate / jump from the first to the second websheet ?

And you are using the MSIE 8 web browser ?

A websheet has an Action Button to navigate to another websheet.
When using TM1 Web 10.2.0.1.2 on MSIE 8 web browser, in an english environment a click on the Action Button returns the english error message:

twice before to navigate to the other websheet succeeds.
In a german environment the german error message:

is returned twice.
When using TM1 Web 10.2.0.1.2 on the Firefox ESR 17 web browser everything works, a click on the Action Button to navigate to another websheet does not return an error message.

yes, I am using MSIE8 web Browser. Also, The same template works fine in Chrome. So it seems that issue is with IE8 only.
