Tm1 worsheet to tm1 server

Hi

I have tm1 worksheet sent by my colleague by email. I need to refresh this sheet in tm1 server.

We use the citrix to log in to tm1 apps. I saved this file in C drive from unable to find tm1 perspective- file->open option. (do not see the file here)

Not sure- what i am missing.

Please advise.
