Action buttons corrupted in 9.5.2

I am in the process of moving to 9.5.2 FP1 from 9.5.1 HF10. When I open Excel sheets with action buttons created in 9.5.1 in my 9.5.2
environment the action button loses it properties and is not selectable for editing ( or anything else) .

Only change between 951 and 952 setup - is in 951 I had one Tm1 instance - in 952 I have setup 3 instances .
*952 has one instance name with the same name as the one that exist in 951 environment .

Someone please tell me this is not an upgrade bug - I have 60 + websheets with and average of 2-3 action buttons each .

Issue resolved > self-inflicted

The Excel version in my 9.5.2 environment had security setting to disable ( & hide notifications)
set for activex controls.

My public apologies to IBM for assuming this was a 9.5.2 release bug .
