Hello,
I'm building a cube for employee headcount and a measure within an EmployeeMeasures dimension will be Position. We have about 50 different positions so rather than have people free form into the cell (and have incorrect entries) I want to have a pick list for my users. With so many different options I'd like not to use the Static: picklist. Can I create a Position dimension and refernece that in my EmployeeMeasure dimension?
Thanks

Re: Creating Employee Position Picklist
Yes. Search for picklist in the help files and you'll see how to set it up (including the syntax for the PickList attribute) in there.
Cheers,
Martin

If you do a search the topic has also been discussed on here several times. It's very useful stuff as it has helped me in the past.
