Picklist not showing- COGNOS EXPRESS

I am using a new implementation of TM1 (9.5). I just set a picklist on an element of the measure- It does not show in the cube at all.
I have done that in an older implementation many times, it always worked.
Is there anything that I have to add in the config or tm1p.ini file in order for Tm1 to start looking at a Picklist?

I have to add that it is a COGNOS EXPRESS installation not plain TM1. The TM1 installations work- I have 2 cognos express and both of them have the problem.

I'm pretty sure the version of TM1 that ships with Cognos Express is 9.4 (9.4.1 FP 3 perhaps?). Picklists did not appear unti TM1 9.5.0.

I suspect the version of TM1 that comes with CX will always lag a year or so behind the main product offering...

You are correct. Picklists are not available in the current release of CX.
