Hi
We currently work in Excel 2003 but hope to upgrade to 2007 shortly. I am testing some of our current active forms in 2007 to check they work OK.
We have a an action button in one report that is used to rebuild the worksheet ( in 2003)
Looking at the same report in 2007, this button does not work. If I look at the properties behind the action button, there is no longer
an action type of Calculate/rebuild only. I can of course rebuild using the Excel 2007 menu option, but would like to keep the functionality
of a rebuild action button.
Any idea's how to do this is 2007 ?
Many thanks
Louise

Re: Action buttons in excel 2003 and 2007
I think you are missing something here.
In Office 2007, Action Buttons do have the options of Calculate/Rebuild.
Please see the attached screen shot from Excel 2007.

Hi
Thank you for your reply. I do appear to be missing something as I have that option in 2003 but not 2007.
See Attachment below. What am I missing to not have the rebuild option ?
Many Thanks
