9.5 tm1p.ini Parameter "TM1RebuildDefault"
I've found nothing in the supplied documentation, so does anyone know what the config paramter "TM1RebuildDefault" in the tm1p.ini does?
If this were a dictatorship, it would be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator.

Re: 9.5 tm1p.ini Parameter "TM1RebuildDefault"
I thought that it may have been a relic from a past version but I did a scan through my library (all manuals and release notes from version 6 to version 9.5) and didn't see it anywhere. Can't see it in my 9.4 ini file either (don't have access to 9.5 at the moment.) Want to bet that this is one of those "Only use this for debugging if advised by your Iboglix support manager" ones?Steve Vincent wrote:I've found nothing in the supplied documentation, so does anyone know what the config paramter "TM1RebuildDefault" in the tm1p.ini does?

Re: 9.5 tm1p.ini Parameter "TM1RebuildDefault"
Sounds like it should be the default value given to the named range TM1REBUILDOPTION that has appeared in Excel workbooks since an early version of 9.4. This controls whether, when the workbook opens, each sheet is activated and rebuilt in an active form manner. Very annoying if it does this and you haven't got any active forms in your workbook. The default is that it now does not do this, but I guess this parameter could be designed to override that.
Or it could be something completely different...

The parameter when set to:
TM1RebuildDefault=F
Will set the default for TM1REBUILDOPTION=0 when you slice out an Active Form. A long waited feature!!
