I know that this will disappoint Lotsaram, but it's my turn this time.

The memory occupied by one cube is typically 4.5 hogsheads of bytes per dimension element. (This can be converted to roods in regions which prefer to measure computer memory in those units, though as you know a rood has only 7.5 bits per byte so the conversion is imprecise.)

However you have an unusual situation here where the number of cubes is actually a prime number, so you therefore need to divide that by the square root of pi. (I know that Lotsa will disagree with me here, since he believes, and I do take his point on this, that it should be the cube root.)

This presupposes that you're doing the server load on a day which does NOT have a full moon. If you are,the server will impose a 10% surcharge on your memory requirements. (12.5% if it's a Tuesday.)

Alternatively, you could always refer to the FAQ post, though perhaps no-one has pointed you to that before. Had they done so you might have taken the time to look at, oh, I dunno, perhaps the link to the IBM Technical Library Page, where you would have found a document titled TM1 Server Admininistration. As you know, having read that document thoroughly, the recommended memory requirements start on page 5. However I don't think you'll find them too different to the ones that I've outlined above.

(It's odd that you didn't mention that, though, since the Request for Assistance Guidelines, which I'm sure you've taken the time to read, do ask that you:
Give a brief outline of what you've done to find the answer; which manuals or guides you've looked in, what tests you've done.
Merely an oversight, I'm sure.)

The usual method is by use of an "hourglass"-style egg timer.

You place the egg timer in front of your monitor, with Server Explorer visible. Each time you rotate the timer, you press [F5]. (On your keyboard, not on the egg timer.) When you can see the server in the list of servers (on the monitor, not the egg timer) it's usually a pretty fair indication that the cubes have been loaded.

One important requirement of this method, though, is that in between turns of the egg timer, you print out the .pdf documentation that came with TM1 and read it thoroughly. Or at least a chapter or two of it.

I read it as the 13 cubes don't exist yet (given that it's a "requirement"), and he wants to know how much memory they will occupy. But if they do exist, then yes, Server Explorer.

And an hourglass egg timer.

(Though even then you'll only be able to see the memory consumed at a certain time, depending on how many calculated values have been stored out of the total number possible. And of course }StatsByCube has the same flaw... in the versions where Performance Monitor actually works, anyway.)
