TM1 Web (in Cognos Express) - Formatting Issue

Hello,

I am using Excel 2007, Cognos Express.

I am attempting to publish an excel template (both xls and xlsx) to the Web, but none of the formatting is be transferred (such as Bold/Colors/Character size etc....)

Do I need to update the configuration file??

This is rare but I have seen these symptoms before if the virtual directory structure is incomplete or security settings do not allow sufficient access to the ExcelSheet subdirectory of TM1WebEx.

If you have a working TM1 web instance compare the security settings of the working copy to the version with no formatting. Otherwise a reinstall or repair of TM1 web should also do the trick.
