Cannot connect to TM1 Excel services.

Newby trying to use TM1 web and TM1 9.1 SP3.
When I try to log in I get the error "Cannot connect to TM1 ExcelServices : No connection can be made because the target machine actively refused it."
I log in to a web server which then connects to a server running TM1. The TM1 Excel Service is running on the TM1 server with the correct credentials.

I have enabled DEBUG in the TM1ExcelServices.exe.config and the log file is reproduced below.

Can anyone help me troubleshoot this?

Case closed since we have solved the case for this customer.

We installed the TM1 Web components (custom installation) on the Webserver, and disabled the Excelservices service on the tmserver.

Changed a few settings in the config file and off we go.

(It's always good practice to have the Excelservices service running on the web server.)
