My colleague is having a problem logging onto the Web component of the Palo Suite. When he logs on with the usual credentials on Firefox the web page hangs with "Please wait" in the top right corner. If he tries it in Internet Explorer it just crashes. He's using Vista. I can't replicate and I'm not sure where to tell him to look?
Cheers,
Martin

Re: Login freezes
Thanks John, wasn't sure where to put it!
As it happens, the problem went away on its own anyway.
Cheers,
Martin
