wrong number in the view with architect

there is a wired issue in our customers ' s laptop ,

when I input a number 789 , recalculate , the number will show 27
when I input a number 999 again , recalculate , the number will show 25

the customers 's laptop is WIN10 (10.0.18363.592) , the PA client version tm1client_winx64h_2.0.6.71_ml.tar

the file is a video when I try to update the number .

please help me .

Hi, as you say this looks very odd...
From the cube view it looks that there is no rule applying and that you have write access.
Do you know if the rules for the cube have been changed recently?
Could you post the rule sheet here?
I'd guess that it was a database side issue so what version is running?
Are you pressing enter after entering the value or clicking out of the cell?

this is the sample service 24 retail in the video , I have tried to open another service SData , this issue will show again .
I have checked the cube , this cell is no rules .
I tried to create a new cube with no rules , this issue will show again .
I have checked the database in the server too , when I open the view in the server with architect , everything is OK .
I don't press enter in the view , when I input a number , I click "recalculate" button .
the database version in the server : BA-PAL-2.0.9.14 2022/05/27

actually , the number in the server is 1 , but system will show 31 when I open the view in the video .

I have upload the rules file in the attachments ,please help to have a check .

the log in the server , I will check the log asap .
actually , I think the log will show a right number , because I can get the right number when I try to output the number with TI .

Hi , everyone ,

we have find the root reason ,the user's security police have a rule
this rule will mix the data when user want to visit data from server with architect .

user's IT have update the rule , the problem have fixed. thank you every one .
