PA 2.0.9.5 - TM1 Web not working

Hi all,

I've done an installation of PA 2.0.9.5 - Architect, Perspectives are both working on a brand new server computer.

However, I get a "HTTP Error 404.0 - Not Found" error when trying to access TM1 Web. In IBM Cognos TM1 Applications Configuration; I get "The client URI could not be reached" error.

I've found a couple of people with the same problem. Solutions were to change the port number to 9511 from 9510, and full re-install. I've had no success so far with either and am at my wits end.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

(Excel 2016, Windows Server 2016 64bit)

TM1 Web's installer was taken out of the server's "Long Cadence" release and is now on the short cadence release along with the Spreadsheet Services installer.

What is Planning Analytics Spreadsheet Services?
PASS is a direct replacement for installation files of TM1Web. The server installation files of each version of Planning Analytics Local up until 2.0.9.1 included TM1Web. Unfortunately, TM1Web is no longer included with the server installation starting from version 2.0.9.2. As a result, it needs to be installed separately

100% correct!

PASS was needed as a separate installation. Downloaded from IBM Passport.
