Hi Guys
I migrated a workbook with Lifecycle manager - exported to a .gz file on source server, and imported on destination server.
All worked fine, except the colours all changed. Any idea why?
Regards
Chris

Re: Lifecycle Snapshot - workbook colours all changed
Are the source and destination servers the same version of PAW?
Is the book perhaps using a custom pallet that doesn't exist on the destination server?
Which colours are we talking about here: Charts, Conditional Formats etc.
There has been a change since the Carbon styling came in that leads to the selectable conditional format colours to be different than those we had previously. If you have an existing book - it will still have the old colours, but a newly created book uses the new colours. It could be that importing a book to a new server classifies it as "New" rather than "Existing" so it starts using the newer colours in conditional formatting. That is just speculation though.
