Hi TM1 Community,
Hope you are doing well, i would like to reach out to TM1 folks who are working or worked at Amazon. I am curious about the interview process at amazon for a Mid level TM1 developer role. I know Amazon interviews are focused on their leadership principles, more curious about the technical rounds, will there be coding involved?, if so what level of complexity. Any insights into the interview process will be highly appreciated.
Note: Reading the following book as part of perp
IBM Cognos TM1 The Official Guide by Karsten Oehler (Author), Jochen Gruenes (Author), Christopher Ilacqua (Author)
Thanks in Advance.

Re: Amazon Interview
Hi
I have just spent most of my last two days interviewing candidates (not for Amazon), however, I would guess that Amazon follow a similar process. There are only so many questions that they can ask, and if they published those there is a chance that someone could look up the answers in advance, memorise them and appear somewhat better than they are in the interview/test.
However, reading the book you have will be good preparation so carry on.
Regards
Paul
