Good point Jim! No, Swedish is not a requirement, TM1 is the universal language.

I'm not looking for a move right now but I did work in Sweden for a short while for Nynas. I would recommend Sweden to any of you considering this role. The people are warm and friendly and the place isn't half bad either.
