Dynamic subset based on other dimension selection

Hi guys,
I need to create a dynamic subset that is based on what member is selected on other dimension in the cube.

I have following Region dim:
Region Total
- Region 1
- Region 2
- etc.

And then we have following Subregion dim:
Region Total
- Region 1
-- Subregion 1.1
-- Subregion 1.2
-- Subregion 1.3
- Region 2
-- Subregion 2.1
etc.

I need to filter only subregions that matches selected region in Region dim.

Ie. if user selects Region 1 I need to have this in Subregion subset:
- Region 1
-- Subregion 1.1
-- Subregion 1.2
-- Subregion 1.3

The reason for this structure is that we use only region level in the approval hierarchy. And as we all know we need to have the whole approval hierarchy fully expanded.

Both dims will be primarily in context in TM1 Application web interface.

How to achieve this? Is this even possible?
