Active Directory Syncing Tool for COGNOS BI groupings

Hi All,

I know that this request is little left of center field and is not really COGNOS related per se but I am sure others have had this issues when integrating cognos security with active directory groups.

We have a situation where we want to assign users to multiple department groups. Current users are assigned by state which doesn't really work. We have a data warehouse
that stores a user to department table and would like to sync this with Active Directory.

Is there a tool on the market that handles this sort of thing? And if so can someone please provide a link / details.
