When my clients try to acces any aplications from the servers it gets this error:

i have been reading a lot about this error but i dont seems to get the answer

I dont know if this is relevant ,but, recently they instaled a tm1 version of cognos insight 10.2.2 but in another machine , not in my server, so he access the portal via web from his PC.
before that it was working pretty well , but someday we were working and sudden that error appeared , but the tm1 10.2.2 was already instaled and we were workiing fine.
I try to change the PortNumber in my tm1s.cfg file and reestarting the servers, but nothing happen. weird thing is that, i can acces to the aplcations without problems, and the others clients too, but
the problems seems to be in his computer.
if you guys can let me a hand , tips o anything , I will be very grateful.
