Can't slice to Excel

Hi,

We got this problem of not being able to slice to excel only in two of our machines. I am able to slice the same cube in my machine but I am not able to do that in those two machines.
There is no difference in the INI files between my machine and the one where it is not working. I verified "Ignore other applications" in my Tools -> General as suggested in http://forums.olapforums.com/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=1178
It is unchecked in Perpsectives. I am not sure how to resolve this.. Any help??

The version is TM1 9.4 FP2 - both server and client.

Hi

Try contacting IBM Support to get Hot Fix 16. I know that this was issued to cure a major client problem in 9.4 MR1 FP2 but I can't remember if it was your problem.

Please also post your version of Excel and Operating System as that may have some bearing on it.

We also applied HF16 on these machines recently..

OS: Windows XP Professional Version 2002 SP2 - 32 bit
Excel version : Excel 2003

My machine info where I don't face this slice problem:

OS: Windows XP Professional Version 2002 SP3 - 32 bit
Excel version : Excel 2003
