After Reading Alan's post on Long Strings in 9.0, and a few others that mentioned this error message in TI, I'm trying to figure out what I need to do in order to address the issue. Alan's been helping me piece together a TI process for analyzing Cisco Call Manager data (so far he's helped me convert C Construct Time and parse variables of varying string length).
I believe the System Stack Overflow error message may be due to the way that I coded the calculation for call duration, but based on the limited information from the TI log file, I don't have much to go on but speculation. A previous posting on this error message suggested that it may be due to a circular reference, but I combed my code and didn't see any.
Below is a screenshot of my Data tab. Perhaps one of you may have some eagle eyes and spot my mistake:

At any rate, I was able to run the TI process without having the overflow error previously(I've been constantly revamping my TI process because the cube data still wasn't quite how I wanted it to be).
