TM1 Interviews

Hello members,
Since this is the only valuable forum I find on TM1 - please help.
I am preparing for some TM1 Interviews to take a stable career path. And am finding it real hard to learn and grow. I don't know what to go through.

I am currently working on TM1/Planning Analytics but there are some gaps - the business team is not willing to share their knowhow, thus making my understanding on financial processes like budgeting and forecasting incomplete.

I am not sure but there is not structured materials available or I am finding it tough to learn through -- but I am hanging onto last threads. What should I do to become an expert in all things TM1? Please advise and help me dear members!
