Hi Guys
I am hitting an issue with Pax. The subset editor is coming up with a blank screen. I have tried clearing out all temporary internet files. No luck.
Any ideas?

Hi,
This is a PAW window. Is your PAW running, do you have access to it? Check if you can use subset editor in PAW directly.
Also check if PAW address is added to trusted/local intranet in your internet options

Re: Pax - Blank Subset Editor
Hi Guys
Thanks for all your responses. So I got to the bottom of the issue. I recently installed IIS to "serve up" images for PAW dashboards.
This was causing the issue. Basically, I need to restart the "World Wide Web" publishing service, and this has sorted the issue for PAfe.
Only hassle is that for every reboot, I need to remember stop/start this service. Have set service to delayed start-up to see if that works.
As a matter of interest, what you do you guys use to "serve up" images. There is no separate available web server, which would obviously make the problem go away since I would not configure IIS on the PAW server. Am I correct that PAW uses Apache for Web services? Can this be used to "expose"/"serve up" images in an images folder?
Regards
Chris

It's containerized Apache:

Re: Pax - Blank Subset Editor
I had problems with intermittent blank cube view and blank subset editor in PAX/PAFE which appeared with the single file version. Finally resolved with an upgrade to .81 and we were able to use the new subset editor and cube viewer (Release .79). I don't know what in there may have fixed the issue.
