Applix 9.4 Workflow - Create Plan Fails

Anyone have any clues where to look when going thru the version wizard and the create plan fails? We are attaching to a current plan (hierarchy version), dimension is cost centers (one cost center selected with two childs added to test approvals), assign user to task, initialize plan, then get Failed to create plan error. Thanks.

Origanlly posted on the Cognos forum so moved and bumped. I think 9.4 Workflow questions would go into the Cognos TM1 forum rather than the Cognos planning forum.

I would start by looking at the message log. If it is a problem with one of the TI processes that are trigerred in the background by planning manager you should find an error log there.
