Where to download TM1Web customiser app?

Ok I've read all the old forum posts about the TM1Web customiser app. I want to get a copy of this but none of the old links to download it work anymore...
Anyone got any links to download this that do still work?

I think at present you need to get it directly from IBM support. You're on 9.4, and apparently the earlier versions that some of us have don't work with that. If it's available as a download I've yet to find it, not that that means much with IBM's site architecture...

You mean like actually talk to someone at IBM??? I didn't realise this was possible!! Is there 1800 number or should I just call our sales contact?

If you've gone through the Byzantine and blood pressure boosting process of getting your ICN up and running (and if you haven't, you need to at some point so now's as good a time as any), I'd suggest raising it as a service request first. The links are in the FAQ post but the primary link is http://www.ibm.com/support/entry/portal, though this may change dynamically when you select it.

The page which gives you the details of this process is Transition Tips — Getting Started with IBM Support, but if you start getting the run around then certainly you may as well use your relationship with the sales team to see whether you can get it short circuited.

I have to admit though, I've gotten at least SOME sort of response from IBM support pretty quickly once I finally managed to sort out my ICN. It hasn't always been the response that I've liked, but at least they're not slack about getting back to you.

sweet - thanks, I'll get right onto that (getting ICN). The company I'm with atm had always gone through a consulting firm for support...but since they have ceased that relationship I guess this will be necessary!
