file object is Not Found

Hi TM1 Gurus,

Last year, we moved our TM1 applications to a new server, and to the new Planning Analytics 2.0. Except for one application, let's call it SALES.
It's only now that we're moving this SALES to the new server. And I already encounter some issues. Here's one of them.

We generate zip files in this directory --> C:\Program Files\ibm\cognos\tm1_64\webapps\Sales\Reports (alpha is name of the server)
And link these files in TM1Web using hyperlinks --> http://alpha:9510/Sales/Reports/user.zip

Before in our old server, when users click on these links, the zip files got downloaded to their locals.
Now, as I'm testing it, I get Not Found error. The files do get generated though.

Our TM1web link --> http://alpha.emea.company.com:9510/tm1web/ works fine as is.
May I ask for your help what I am missing, should be checking? Thanks in advance.

Do the users have READ access to this directory on the new server? If not, the links will tell you that the file does not exist.

Hi Tomok, you don't mean the Folder sharing right? 'cause this is definitely not shared, like in the previous server.
Can this READ access be done or checked somewhere...? in Cognos Admin?
