Login Issue in Architect & Web

Hi Guys,

Currently, I'm having issues logging into Architect. I can see the TM1 servers fine, but when I double click on a server and enter the user id & password, it clears the data entered and allows me to enter it again. Basically, the logon screen is available again. When wrong Id/password is entered it says the entered credentials in wrong.

I believe due to this I am unable to log into the applications on the web also. It lets me log into initial into the portal, but when I select an application, it opens the logon screen again. Pls see attachments. We are using 5 as IntegratedSecurityMode in the config file. When this is changed to 1, we can log onto the server in Architect.

This is happening since yesterday. Any suggestion to help fix this?

Both those screenshot look to have been taken from TM1 Applications (pmpsvc).

TM1 Applications requires additional configuration changes when switching between security modes.
Have a look at this link:

If you reset the fpmsvc_config.xml file, when you next go to TM1 Applications you will be prompted for setup details, point this to you BI Install when in mode 5.

If you can't login Architect while the instance is in mode 5 are servercamuri and clientcamuri parameters been set in tm1s.cfg.

Andvalso have you put across the BI_interop files to your bi server and have all those files been updated with the server name.
