SandBoxes Cross Aplication using TM1 Applications

Hi All,

I have a quick question that might have happened to anyone.

I have an admin server with several cubes and from that server I've created several apps (the apps don't share cubes but there are rules that pass data between then).

As an example: server has all the needed cubes but in TM1 Application we have an app for Sales and another for P&L (each one with specific cubes) and data flows using rules.

The question being placed is that when the user creates a sandbox in the Sales App, he wants to see the same sandbox in the P&L App.

I've already checked that the sandbox is created and visible in both Architect and TM1Web for all cubes but in TM1 Applications, when I go to the P&L App I can't see the sandbox.

Hi,

The sandboxes list in different applications are independent. And even more: The sandbox created in one workflow node cannot be seen in another workflow node of the same application.
The real name (visible in Architect) of the sandbox created in TM1 Applications will contain application's GUID and node's element name.

I had that idea but wanted to confirm if I was missing something and if there would be a possibility to make this work for the client demand.
Being that the case we will have to do it in a different way (eventually with tm1web where the user is able to select the sandbox and check the data).
