Remain "Login" page in PAW

Hi guys,

I am currently having issues of PAW on my Windows 2016 server machine.

In IBM Planning Analytics Workspace Administrator Tool, all validation is OK.

But if i login to planning analytics workspace page, it remains in "Login" page without any message.
If i input incorrect username or password, it displays "Incorrect username or password".

Please advise if i should set any home page of planning analytics workspace.

Besides, i try to login tm1web, tm1web returns "Session timeout" immediately. But i checked the session timeout is 60 mins in "IBM Cognos Configuration".

Please help.

1. Try logs in PAW and TM1web to find out detailed error msg.
2. Clear cache in Chrome and restart PC to see. Or use IE to login and see.

For tm1web, i changed the adminhost to Fully Qualified Domain Name in tm1s.cfg, the problem is resolved. But PAW still returns to login page immediately.

1. I go to "C:\Program Files\paw_2.0.6_win16_ml\log", which component's log file should i check?
In "Welcome\console",

It shows
> WAHome@1.0.236 start C:\welcome
> node BAOneApplication.js

Adding trusted global root CAs (for http client requests)
SSL serving is disabled
[32minfo[39m: Listening
{ port: [33m1330[39m }

2. I am currently using IE to login PAW.
And I tried to restart the PC but PAW shows the same result.

Please advise.
