Hello,
I have a excel workbook that allows users to log into TM1 and enter their forecasts figures.The problem is, sometimes Perspectives opens,sometimes it doesnt.I want Perspectives to start automatically everytime they open this workbook. I have tried to code it via vba ( Addins.Add ) and it caused an error message to appear and I have to reinstall TM1. Is there a way to change the .ini file for the users such that this takes place?

Short answer, No. I found trying to load the add-in automatically just caused loads of issues that were best solved by just educating the users rather than trying to code it to be idiot proof
