Unable to move Active forms from one server to another server manually

Hi Folks ,

i tried copying one file with .xlsx.blob from Applications folder in one server to another server while migrating that object . but after server restart i can see the objects but i couldnt open that file it was saying links are not available . Do i need to copy any other files to that server along with BLOB ? can anyone suggest .

The corresponding file in the }Externals folder ?

I could Now open the form . but unable to select element wherever subnm used . is there any objects i consider moving other than one in applications and externals folder ?

Is the destination instance name same as source instance name? If not, you may need to update the excel file (in }externals) with the correct instance name.

yes instance names are different . i used Tm1Server& in all SUBNM fuctions

How can i use server instance reference in active forms . any idea . i couldnt use Tm1server& in place of server instance name in active form . any suggestions ?

The method described in this post is a pretty common way of setting up workbooks/websheets to automatically set the server name to the instance currently logged into.
