Planning Analytics Configuration can't register TM1 service

Hi, all
Got a weird problem, after installing PA Local 2.0 without any issue, there is an problem when trying to create a TM1 server in Configuration.See the picture below,

Previously, this server has TM1 10.2.2 FP5 installed and running fine. I uninstalled 10.2.2 and deleted old services and folders cleanly before installing PA. I never saw this problem before in TM1. Anyone has any idea?

Is it because this server is Windows Server 2008? But installation is fine without any problem.

Both PA and TM1 10.2.2 FP5 are not officially supported in Windows server 2008. How come previous TM1 10.2.2 FP5 can run fine?

TM1 10.2.2 does work properly after reinstalling. I believe it is due to OS too old.
