Performance Issues

I am having an issue with Performance Modeller

I have a link (type : Process) that is taking approx 45 seconds to create a mapping between 2 cubes

Also when I open performance modeller it takes about 30 seconds to expand the links folder

Any help or ideas greatly appreciated

Maybe the cubes are quite large?

Also when I open performance modeller it takes about 30 seconds to expand the links folder

Performance modeller is generally slow, it is a client side tool that brings across all the files from the server, which slows it down.

45 and 30 seconds doesn't sound so bad, I bet it takes longer to open.
