I know that TM1 is different from Cognos Express unless I have this issue with authentication
I tell you the facts:
We made configuration for user authentication via Cognos and users via Active Directory was made two months ago as above was working well , there is now a time where Active Directory users get stuck and not allowed to enter until you reboot the server.
I realized that possibly a bug and it happens when users leave their open session and expires them , and try to get them back no longer allowed
How could do to correct this error? , we have 10.2.1 Cognos Express with F2 we have only 10GB in hard disk

A server reboot isn't required, you can just restart the CognosExpress service. You don't need to restart the TM1 admin service or CXMD, these can continue running and any logged in users will be unaffected but no new users will be able to log in until the Cognos BI server is available again.
