Can't access properties of TM1Web application

Hi all

After upgrading to Excel 2013 with CX 10.2.1 FP3, Excel seems to be working fine & I can upload/update my websheets to TM1Web, but now when I try to go into the properties of an application item (right click on item in Applications Folder in Architect/Perspectives) it opens up the new TM1... file version of the spreadsheet in Excel but it doesn't open with the TM1 Add-in. Even if I manually add it to the Excel Add-ins or start Perspectives from the Start Menu before/after the TM1... file version has been loaded, it still won't bring up the properties window.

Has anyone experienced this & know a workaround? Unfortunately Office 2010 was uninstalled & 2013 was installed before I could copy the Xcelerator Client folder which I've read has helped in some instances with Excel 2013 issues. I've also tried a clean install of CX to no avail.

The Excel files are in the xlsx format and not xls??

Yes, all files are definitely .xlsx & no macros.
