Active Form Dynamic Filtering

I'm very new to the TM1 product and have been experimenting with Active Forms. There seems to be lots of potential in this feature.

I'm looking for an efficient way to update our department budgets. If I were budgeting for projects in my area can I dynamically filter to budget one project at a time?

If project is a dimension in the cube then yes, as simple as placing project in the filter area. But if you want a real answer you will need to provide some detail of what dimensions your cube has.
