TM1 as data source in BI, using different BI server for auth

I would need your help in the following topic: we have a 10.2.2 TM1 environment, we use CAM security, we have a BI Runtime-only environment to provide AD authentication for users. We do not use this BI environment for anything else, it is literally just a thin runtime.

We have installed another BI environment with all capabilities, services, etc. We want to use TM1 as data source in this new environment but still keeping the authentication against the runtime environment (later of course we will migrate the authentication to the new environment). We have installed TM1 API to the new BI server.
Do you have any idea how to connect to the TM1 data source? It is not a problem at the moment if we cannot use security settings from TM1, we just simply want to access the TM1 cubes with full access rights. Do we need to apply any setting on the TM1 server?
