Hello friends
I am running out of idea's on a issue. Basically, we want to control when and who is creating views/attributes in a cube. If there are one or two developers, its fine but when we have many users having tm1, we will lose control. Can anyone advise how we can control that? Maybe not within tm1 but using a different technology? This is if its possible?
Thank you

What security privileges have you given ,that so many user could add attributes?Basically, we want to control when and who is creating views/attributes in a cube. If there are one or two developers, its fine but when we have many users having tm1, we will lose control

The whole point of only allowing admins to add views / attributes is to restrict the amount of it that can be done, therefore making it easier to manage. I'd really need to understand why you're opening this up to the wider population. I've never come across an implementation where users are allowed admin rights. Keep in mind they can also delete cubes / dimensions / subsets / processes / schedules. Rather than ask this question you might want to ask how you can enable users to create views / attributes without giving them admin rights,
