How to run TM1top at cmd windows?

Urgent!

The system is hung, Operation console can access the server to stop some thread.

If you google TM1top 9.5.2 this comes up as the to answer...

I can not find tm1top.exe in TM1 prduct folder, we installed all components on server.

does TM1 10.2 still have tm1top.exe?

No, it does not, but the standalone TM1Top tool is available for download, see the IBM BA Proven Practice "IBM Cognos TM1 Top":
