I have myself another account which put myself on the same level as department user (we call them the "dummy" account).
We have integrated log in and we add users to different user groups to limit their access to their own departments.
I have added my dummy user account to multiple user groups to access different departments. But even when I remove my dummy user from the user group, refresh security, I can still see my dummy account allowed to access the departments which I removed previously.
I tried removed my dummy user account from any user group, removed client, refresh security. Still the same.
What did I do wrong?

Re: User access after removal from user group
For a start are you using CAM? You're not telling us much. We need to know the full setup. For example if you are using CAM and you remove them from a group in TM1 as soon as they logon they will be added straight back in as CAM controls any membership to any group coming from it.
Struggling through the quagmire of life to reach the other side of who knows where.

Re: User access after removal from user group
Yes we use CAM.
And my problem is resolved. I think it's a timing issue and the cache didn't get refreshed on the AD group server. Once the AD group member list got refreshed I got the access I desired.
Thanks!
