In a dimension, I have a consolidated element with 3 children. The order dimension is set 'ByInput'.
By TI, I want to add a 4th child, between Child2 and Child3. For this, I use 'Dimensionelementinsert' with the right insertion point (Child3). Then I use 'Dimensioncomponentadd'.
.... The big problem is that : the updated dimension shows the 4th added child with the right Index... but not at the right place !! It appears in last position after the Child3 !! (it is very insidious, because when I open the dimension/subset straight away after the process launch.. the element is at the right place... but then I drill-up the consolidation... and I drill-down... and it becomes in last position).
If, after that, I set the dimension order manually, the 4th child finally reaches the 3rd position... but I don't want to do it manually each time I launch the process.
Did you ever meet this case?? and how did you solve it?
