DNEXT Different Behavior in the web

I have encountered a area of where the functionality between web and client differs.

I am attempting to use the DNEXT function to enumerate the members of a dimension. Security on this dimension means that not all users have access to all elements in the dimension.

In Excel using the DNEXT ALL elements are displayed regardless of security

In Web the same template stops displaying anything when it hits the first node that the user does not have access to.

Does anyone else experience this difference?
