Hi,
I'm not sure if this is possible, from all the research i did it seems like this is not possible but i'm hoping someone else in this forum has a workaround for this:)
We have built many websheets and published them in different application folders. We have users for multiple languages ( english/french/spanish). We translate the content of the websheets based on their language by displaying language specific aliases, but the navigation tree is in english only. I was hoping that in TM1 10.2.2 we can use Caption aliases but this is not working for applications, it works for cubes and dimensions, so the name of cube in navigation tree shows in french or in english. I dont understand why IBM added this feature for Cubes and Dims but not for folders and websheet names?
Does anyone have any idea about this?
Change the display name of TM1Web Applications?

Re: Change the display name of TM1Web Applications?
It is a glaring omission by IBM and you would think it will be addressed in a Interim Fix.
... But as you are going to so much trouble building a multilingual application to the extent of translating what is INSIDE the websheets, I guess with a translation glossary for report titles, sheet titles, column headers, etc. Which are features that realistically will never be supported by localization since they are uniquely application specific. Then why would you navigate using the application tree in tm1 web? You can build a nice menu navigation interface using url api with little effort that will easily support localization captions.

If you want to vote for it there's a RFE for this https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/ ... R_ID=68130tm123 wrote:Hi,
