Cafe Question

Post by kmfloyd »

We have been using TM1 10.2.0 and Cafe. Recently, we installed 10.2.2 in a new server environment. Some demos I've seen include the ability to Refesh - Run with No Formatting and the ability to convert a crosstab to a Cell-Based Formula worksheet. I don't see those options when I open Cafe in the new environment. As an aside, we connect to Cafe via Citrix. I'm convinced that either IT did not install 10.2.2 properly or the icon created in Citrix is not pointing to the proper instance of Cafe.

Can anyone give any insight? Sorry, if I haven't explained this well, but this is all new to me.

We have found similar issues, our IT team packaged & released the latest 10.2.? software and have not had a stable platform ever since.

Was it stable before? We've had nothing but trouble with our original install of 10.2.0 and our IT department hasn't been much help to resolve.

We did have a reletively stable package when it was in Dev, though I can't remember which version it was, likely to be 1 or 2 FP's behind I think.

Have you tried to connect directly to the TM1 server instead of Citrix?
