What creates }ElementAttributes_DimensionName

Hi everyone,
I see cubes }ElementAttributes_DimensionName created for each Dimension in our tm1.
Do you know which process creates each of these cubes ?

}ElementAttributes cube are automatically created when you add an attribute to a dimension. Either by right clicking and going through the element attributes GUI window or by using AttrInsert in a TI process.
